Tamara Hoyton Leeds based Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Psychosexual Therapist

Services Offered. Calming beach

I will work with you to find an understanding of your concerns, your deeper needs and how they are affecting your relationships through the professional connection we will make.

You might need to find a new balance after a time of crisis, or address issues that are causing unhappiness, pain, distress, or lingering dissatisfaction. You might be aware of repeating arguments and a sense of “here we go again” with no resolution, or beginning to see repeating patterns emerge in other areas of your life but not be sure how to change these things.

Many people bring past expectations and experiences into their present relationships and this may lead to feelings of being misunderstood, unheard and of loneliness. All of which can affect the sense of who we are; our authentic self.
It is this relation to the ’self’ that is sometimes most troubling as our capacity for resilience endures; but at a cost to who we want to be, or the way we want to our lives to be lived.

Psychosexual Therapy

Many people find talking about sex very difficult and subsequently it tends not to be at the forefront of our day to day conversations! Consequently, we avoid it.
